Day 4 – Water Fast 2008

Ahhhh, here we are at day 4. So far it has been really great. My hunger left me some time during my second day. My energy has been surprisingly good and I feel that is due to the sun-gazing I began a few days ago. Before sun-gazing in the morning I have been walking outside barefoot and chatting with Mother Earth. What a great feeling. I can feeling the energy rising up within me from the Earth and it is awesome. Last night I did begin doing some push-ups and crunches cause I feel light but flabby. I can’t explain the feeling but I do. lol. So I figured doing a little light exercise will make me feel more comfortable.

Waking up in the morning I have been feeling a little stiff in the legs and feet but this goes away after walking from my bedroom to the kitchen. My chest felt heavy yesterday and this morning but feels fine now. Tonight I had some stomach cramps but nothing too bad or long lasting.

I am still unsure of how long the fast will be but I know I am not there yet. I will know when it is okay to break the fast when I start naturally craving healthy foods like fruits and veggies. Until them I know I am not done fasting. I can tell you that the smell of certain foods like meats has been horrible. I have been itching a lot today. I seem to be having a break out due to toxins trying to come through my skin. Yuck! I am still smoking and drinking coffee. I am not sure if I am ready to give them up cold turkey without having to suffer bad withdrawal symptoms. The thought of smoking still makes me salivate so I think I may not be quite ready.
