I always read the energy alerts not only because I am a Light Worker and for that need I try to stay on top of what is going on with the energies. Also, the updates usually explain reasons for new behaviors that I witness, or get hit in the face with lol, in my friends and family. Knowing what is going on helps me to be that much more understanding and patient with people.
Also, if oyu are an empath it is good to know what is going on with the energies because there are many effects on behavior and how people are feeling. As empaths, we end up picking up/connecting to these emotions that are resulting.
