Hi, Sherry! Thanks so much for replying to my last post. I would like to ask you if you could help me interpret two dreams I had last night.

In the first dream, I was with my mother in a Taoist temple with the main altar on my right. My mother was sitting in front of me and I was standing. No one else was there. We were talking when suddenly, I saw Chai Shen Yeh, the Taoist deity of luck, wealth and prosperity standing on my left. He is the deity that the Taoists usher into their homes during Chinese New Year to bring money luck and prosperity into the household. I greeted him, but my mother apparently couldn’t see him. She kept looking in his direction, then at me and asking, “Who are you talking to?”
I joined my palms and thanked him for allowing me to see him. He smiled and returned the gesture. As I watched him, he stepped slowly towards my right, going closer to the altar. When he was in front of me, he stopped and looked at me, still smiling. Then he came closer to me on my right. He told me in a jovial but chiding manner to stop punishing myself. Then I woke up.

In the second dream, I saw a piece of green paper with my karma inscribed on it in the form of numbers in three boxes. The box on the left showed my good karma, the box in the middle showed my total karma and the box on the right showed my bad karma. According to the paper, I’ve already paid up all my karma.

These dreams feel important to me but I’m afraid I don’t really understand them. I’d be so glad for any help you could give me in understanding these dreams.

    Natasha
