Love Begets Love - Be a vibrational match for what you are trying to manifest
A big key to manifesting is making sure that you are a vibrational match for what you are trying to manifest. That is actually the reason why some who teach the law of attraction tell you that you must be able to feel what you are attempting to manifest. What I mean is that if you are trying to manifest love into your life you must actually be able to feel as though you already have that and are currently living it. If you are living a live of love and joy where no matter what is going on in your environment you feel much love and joy and you spend the majority of time living from your heart and not your head then you will find that you will manifest the love you want because you are a vibrational match to it. Of course if you are living in anger, frustration and resentment you can understand that your vibrations will be a match for those things. So obviously you will not manifest love if you are instead a vibrational match to hate, anger and resentment.
Sometimes it can be or feel hard to get to a place where you feel like you are “Mary Sunshine.” If you are deep in some negative vibrations either because of emotional issues of your own or emotional issues of others affecting you, then it can seem like an impossible task but you have to believe in yourself and that you can be that happy-go-lucky person you envision. You may need to practice detachment. Be detached from those things in your environment that are really not your problem but the problems of others. Practicing detachment goes hand in hand with practicing acceptance. Acceptance of all things. Acceptance of those things which you can not change, a belief and understanding that everything that is and is happening is suppose to be happening. An understanding and belief that at this time and any given time everything is exactly as it should be. Stop living from your head! Stop trying to figure out before making a move whether you should or shouldn’t based on probabilities. Stop trying to figure out the future before hand because you will spend more time thinking than actually taking action.
Besides refusing to play the usual negative games with family, friends and strangers there are other things you can do. Practice acceptance, gratitude, and forgiveness. If you aren’t familiar with these…I will call them universal laws…you can search channeling’s on lightworkers.org as well as my blog. Even better, get the book by Dan Millman called The Laws of Spirit which is a small pocketbook written like a fictitious parable. Watch your thoughts closely and anytime you find yourself beginning to think negatively about a person or situation stop yourself immediately and instead think of something good and positive about that person or situation. In the beginning it may feel like you are faking it but soon you will find it begins to come more naturally to you and feels good to you as well. Do things that put you in a good and happy mood such as listening to your favorite upbeat music, doing something that will leave you feeling pleased with yourself like cleaning and organizing your closet or rearranging your kitchen cabinets. We usually put off doing those things but yet tackling a project like that will leave you feeling very good and positive about yourself that it will increase your vibrations. Fast for a day or two. Not many people mention this as a way to increase your vibrations but fasting will give your body a break from all that work it has to do with digestion and instead allow it to do some housecleaning (within the body) of it’s own and will leave you feel refreshed and lighter. SING! Yes, sing. Sing in the shower or hum a favorite tune to yourself. Not only will it increase your vibrations but it will also do wonders for your throat chakra. Be the creator God you are. Do something creative like arts and crafts or even a puzzle. Connect with your friends and neighbors. Visit a couple of your neighbors just to chat or if you don’t know your neighbors well enough for that then maybe it is time to attempt to get to know them better. Connect with friends and loved ones you haven’t talked to in a while. The surprise contact will bring joy and happiness to both of you.
There are many things you can do that will help to increase your vibrations and what I have listed above are but a few. I am sure you can think of many more things and activities that will help increase your vibrations including prayers and chanting mantras.

Although few people would describe me as ‘Mary Sunshine’ I am an extremely upbeat person (in a more cool rocker chic kinda way). It is never hard for me to feel that way. It just is who I am. I get more exhausted the other way… being down or negative. I wish more people could practice your insights. Thanks for sharing.
