Dealing With The Present Energies and Higher Vibrations

The energy you are feeling are the ships coming through and into your Earth space. There are more than your Ones can imagine and if they were viewable by you it would be a sight that would put you in awe of the event.

Although you have practiced energy work for some time your knowledge does not allow you the understanding needed to fully comprehend the reasons why you feel such strong energy. Just as you often do not understand overloads of energy you feel that are related to upcoming events. The knowledge and understanding will come in time. Be patient and kind with yourself, as others should do as well.

I feel there is more to what I am feeling that just ship coming into the Earths space?

We are closer. It is true what you are thinking and trying to discern from the energy you feel. It is more than just the ships entering your Earths atmosphere. It is who are on the ships. Beings with such high vibrations. Beings who have never been in your space, or at least not for such a length of time, because previously the Earths vibrations would not allow us to enter. You understand this well from your studies. You are correct. You are not accustomed to feeling beings present which vibrations such as they carry. Some of you Ones act as a barometer in the way you sense changes in energy and vibration. This is something you Ones should all develop more. The highly sensitive Ones are more impacted however.

What should you do when feeling this energy increase?

Breathe. Drink more water. You know this and we see you attempting to remember to do this on a daily basis. Some time you do well although consistency is not there. The broccoli you bought today…I am sure you surprised yourself when you felt the strong urge to buy it and sensed the taste of it in your mouth urging you further and you found yourself wanting it. Give your higher self more opportunities to guide you and you shall do well.

Don’t feel as though you are fighting the feel of the increase in energy you sense. Allow yourself to adjust to it as though it were very normal. It will help you in future times to come.

Continue meditation and clearing of your mind to stillness. Continue being aware of and balancing your chakras. Spend more time with your art, things that bring you joy and much laughter.

You are all doing well. Don’t stop now, you are on the track going full speed ahead and the way is clear.
