Many empaths feel that empathy is a curse they can’t escape from. Sometimes when I am attracting a lot of peoples negative emotions and pain I start feeling the same way. I am not going to make you think that just because I have pretty good control over my empath that I never suffer. Sure it happens. But usually when I sit down and think about it there is a reason for it.

Here’s is an update on my fast.

Yes, I forgot to post the last day of the fast and the results. lol. I completed a 5 day fast. I ended the fast for various reasons. I did manage to make some changes in those short 5 days. I was able to cut down on smoking easily. It just happened naturally without any effort on my part. Also I lost 5 pounds and got back that light healthy feeling. I rid myself of the headaches I was waking up with that was the effect of bad and/or heavy foods.

Ahhhh, here we are at day 4. So far it has been really great. My hunger left me some time during my second day. My energy has been surprisingly good and I feel that is due to the sun-gazing I began a few days ago. Before sun-gazing in the morning I have been walking outside barefoot and chatting with Mother Earth. What a great feeling. I can feeling the energy rising up within me from the Earth and it is awesome. Last night I did begin doing some push-ups and crunches cause I feel light but flabby. I can’t explain the feeling but I do. lol. So I figured doing a little light exercise will make me feel more comfortable.

 In 3 hours I will have fasted for 24 hours. I have attempted to start many fasts in the last few months. Needless to say I didn’t even make it one full day on these previous attempts. My reasons for fasting the last few times was different however. It was for superficial reasons mostly.
