Location: Base of spine, at the seat of Kundalini
Symbol: A circle surrounded by four lotus petals, with a square inside it.
Central issue: Survival, stability, acceptance, self-preservation, deep-rootedness, perception, grounding, fear and safety
Color: Red (I actually use white for this chakra and it is much more affective. Many of the ascended masters teach using white, but also say to also use the color you feel guided to use.)
