My beloved I AM presence, the God that is in me has been talking to me and trying to make me understand something important. He, God, my I AM presence, moves through me. I know he is guiding me and it is so obvious but it was also torturing me a little every time I have been guided, have followed, but then didn’t know why I had to do things that I am guided to do. Some of them went against what I would normally say is a right thing to do and so were so far removed from what I would normally think Is right to do that it also had me feeling guilt for some of my action even though God would almost immediately show me that what I was guided to do affected a changed that made a difference in someone’s life. I am talking about saying certain things to people or being guided to go to someone’s house to visit them as though unbeknownst to my presence was needed. When it came to my neighbor who is/was suffering from alcoholism I kept praying to God to help her…that no matter how bad things got for her it didn’t seem to be her bottom, as in hitting bottom that some need to hit in order to see that they must change. I asked God specifically to help her hit that bottom that she would need to hit. Things happened and I found myself in the middle of them. I found myself actively in the middle of them and taking actions that I knew was right cause God was giving me this feeling like “Yeah, go ahead and do this and do that” even though normally I wouldn’t believe my actions to be the best choice. But I trusted and God showed me that my actions affected a change…but I think at the same time I still missed the point of the lesson.

If like me you often read various writings about empathy, psychic abilities or ascension you probably hear the phrase “Hold Your Light” often. But what does that really mean? What does it mean to you? This is one of those phrases that are stated so often but many times not explained in detailed. It’s like saying “Hold your liquor.” Well we know what “Hold your liquor” means but what if you were from another planet where there was no liquor and the things taken in were for nourishment purposes only and not pleasure. In that case you probably wouldn’t know what that phrase meant or you would make an assumption that it meant to hold the glass without spilling it. lol.

I know the writing has been scarce for the past few months. I make no apologies, it is just something that happens here and there. No matter where I am or what level you would consider me I too am always learning and growing so I tend to have down times where I may be going through changes and trying to acclimate myself, or where I am just needing to focus 100% on my growth and ascension. I am never too far away and of course love reading and responding to all the comments this blog receives.

If you met and old friend you hadn’t seen in many years you would probably ask them how they have been and what is new. Think for a moment and realize what answer you would give to this question if asked by someone who hadn’t seen you in some time. You would probably tell them about things such as job changes, promotions, moving to a new house that you are proud to have acquired or a particular neighborhood, and of course you would probably talk about your significant other and then your kids or grand kids. Hmmm. That is a lot of catching up and good information however there is no mention of “The Self.” The most important or what should be the most important thing to you. What about changes to the self?

Recently a friend bought up watching the Wizard of Oz and at the time it was one of those moments for me where her mention of it really caught my attention for some reason. A few weeks later as I was writing a letter to a friend to help encourage her through a tough time and the movie came to mind. Usually when writing or speaking with someone I will get information from a higher source by way of little things that suddenly come to mind. It might be a vision of something, thoughts of something specific or even a certain song might pop into my head.

The Lesson of Acceptance
I was going to title this post “Acceptance of Others” which is actually the title of a channeling I recently read. I decided that “Acceptance” would be a much better title for this post because when I think of acceptance I not only think of acceptance of others but acceptance of all things regardless of whether they are things that can be changed or things that can not be change, or possibly should not be forced to change. Some may think acceptance and tolerance go hand in hand but really they do not. You can be tolerant but still not be in full acceptance of things and people.

You will see a new link on the right side under PAGES regarding coaching/teaching sessions…
I have been coaching, teaching and mentoring for the past two years but as of yet I had not officially offered anyone my services. I basically up to this point asked God to guide those to me who needed my help. I would of course love to help everyone but of course that is not possible so I help as many as I can as I am guided to help them or they are guided to me.

Lately, the past few weeks, I have had many occasions to take a look back over the course of the past two to three years. There was a time when I would look back and the path behind me looked fuzzy and bleak even. Now I turn around on occasion and look back down that road and it is a beautiful road. It’s autumn and the leaves are so many wonderful colors along the tree lined street. There is a reason why I look back and the view is different. Awareness and understanding changes what you look back and see. Release of emotional baggage, forgiveness of self and others, and most importantly an understanding of self and who the true self is changes what you look back and see.

Growing up we are taught, almost groomed, to believe certain things and that life is a certain way. We are taught and our belief system is built up by so many people in our lives as well as the experiences we go through. People such as our parents, extended family and friends of family, teachers, churches, etc. Our belief system is also affected by experiences both good and bad.

Let’s think of the whole for a moment. What I mean by that is let’s think about everyone related to spirituality and ascension. Are you on a spiritual path? Is your neighbor? Your Mother? Your Father? Your Brother? Your Sister? Are they all on the ascension bandwagon? Well I don’t need to know you personally to be able to answer that question for you. The answer to all the above questions is a big huge YES!
