Developing Empaths Be Ready to Change and Improve

Often I peek in on the empath groups of which there are many. I have met some wonderful empaths in all shapes and sizes. I am always thrilled to see how many are just realizing that they may be or are empaths and witnessing their eagerness to learn and start on the process of becoming a control empath.

I have asked Yeshua and my master teacher guide to help out here with some words. This will not be all sugar but it is time we add that spice and also give a little tough love. As I read others words and comments in the online community I am often being pushed to say much however I hold back a little because there are also many out there who are ready to be very combative and this is not what this is all about. This is about not the one but the many. This is about growth of the group, humanity, and giving a helping hand to humanity and not pacifying the one who is coming from a place of ego and low vibrations. I told you this would not be all sugar…but hang in there with me.

Even if you are just now realizing that you may be an empath you must know that there is more to it, more to you, your life and your soul purpose than just that. There is the ultimate goal which is the ascension of all to a place where all understand they are part of the One. So if you feel you are JUST exploring empathy whether as the novice, intermediary or advanced empath, you are not. You are on the ascension path whether you are aware of that fact or not. So although you may be reaching out a hand with just empathy in mind know that as there is a response to that hand you hold out, maybe for the first time in your life, it is taken to be guided with more than just empathy in mind. Empathy and the realization you are an empath may be just the beginning for you…be open to where you may be led.

Many empaths feel that they have it hard. They are trying to live their life’s and deal with their own emotions while at the same time having to deal with feeling the emotions of others, often many others and at one time. Many are at a place where they don’t know if issues of anxiety, depression, etc that they are dealing with are truly their own or an affect of empathy. It is at time not easy for an empath to separate, however that is one of many reasons to work on becoming a skilled empath. And to become a skilled empath there are no rituals involved, no need to light candles, do certain things during the full moon, or write things on a piece of paper and burn them in your backyard in the middle of the night. All that you do if it is something you happen to enjoy, but know that rituals are not needed as you work on becoming a skilled empath. There is hard work involved but this type of work is work where the tools that are needed are already within you and not outside of you.

(Yeshua speaks) Many of you spend much time looking for answers outside of yourself. Do you really think so little of yourself that you think the One would have created YOU but given the answers that your soul seeks to another? You were given and have everything within you to do all the things you set out to accomplish in this lifetime. It matters not whether you believe that or not because as time moves on in the way you think that it does all will be proven…and in your own time. When you are ready for the answer they will be there just as when you are ready for help it will be given to you.

The title above is “Be Ready to Change and Improve.” The reason for the title is that many of you are working on the one thing and not the other. Whether you are focused on developing your empathy, psychic abilities or psi abilities, it matters not because if you do not also work on yourself those things will all fall short of where you want them to be. Many are taught when they are young that when they start on something they need to put their best foot forward. Well some of you are not putting your best foot forward. Think about it. Could you possibly try a little harder, be a little nicer, complain a little less, or love a little more? The answer should always, no matter where you are along your path, be yes.

Put You Best Foot Forward!

Don’t Speak – Listen!
You have access to much guidance from so many different sources. You may not agree with everything you hear or are told, but in the beginning listen more than you talk. As you grow and learn what may not seem like truth now may be realized in a different way in the future as your knowledge increases and your belief system changes. Take all the knowledge in that is available to you whether you are in fully understanding of it at this time or not. In the silence there is much to be gained.

Get Your Ego in Check!
Your ego is so use to being in control with no one stopping it and making it take a back seat. It is ego that makes people sometimes want to prove the other wrong. It is ego that sometimes make you want to develop in a certain way or within a certain time frame. It is ego that makes you feel that for someone to be right someone has to be wrong. This is all the way of the old and you must let go of it by consciously working on controlling the negative ego. If a thought comes to you that is not very positive or nice, stop and take the time to think of where it is coming from before you proceed further. If something or someone makes you frustrated or angry, stop and question yourself. Ask yourself “Does it really matter?” Many times it does not. I am always reminded when dealing with my 5 year old of a couple of things…repeatedly. Lol. One is that you may win the battle but lose the war. The other is to pick your battles..NOT WISELY, BUT DIVINELY. If you are not sure what I mean by that then let me just say LEAD BY EXAMPLE. Is it worth the fight and then consequently the lowering of vibrations, putting yourself in a place where you would then attract negativity? Like attracts like. If you are dealing with someone who is maybe in a place where they want to argue and want to be combative with you, will it then help you at all to play the game with them and then find yourself right down there with them? Maybe you can be more helpful to all situations if you stay true to yourself. As the situations change…your job, as the divine being you are, is to stay the same and leave those vibrations right where they are in that high place. You can lose the battle and still won the war…for yourself.

Put Your Big Girl/Boy Pants on and Stop Your Whining!
Okay, that a little harsh sounding isn’t it. Yes, sorry, I really want to make sure I have your attention and I think I do. The place where you find yourself has a specific purpose compared to other place possible for you to have incarnated to. Earth is the only planet that is a learning and experience planet. Earth is a place most, although not all, have come for the lessons through experiences. Many of you could have chosen differently, however you choose to incarnate here and you were more than just a little involved in planning the experiences you would have in your lifetime. If something is going on in your life, although this may not be comforting for you to know, you chose to experience it. Many have asked me “Why would I do this to myself?” You saw the potential value that learning certain lessons and having certain experiences would have. There is potential in everything no matter how bad or negative it may seem on the surface. Stop and take time to analyze things and determine if you see an opportunity in it to gain something from it. If you see someone today and they seem ready to instigate negative communication with you, could that possibly be an opportunity for you to practice being the silent observer? If someone is not behaving the way you think they should then possibly you have a choice to be judgmental or to practice acceptance. Which will you choose? If someone says something or does something hurtful to you, will you convince yourself that you must not let them get away with it or will you practice control of ego and take a step back, keeping true to yourself? The choice is yours. Will you choose the lower vibrations of the 3rd dimension or will you choose the higher dimensions and only respond with love? I can tell you that if all of humanity practiced acceptance there would be no more whining. Take some time for yourself and think or meditate on that thought.

Developing and Using Clairsentience - How Clairsentience Really Works

Every time I read an article or a post on clairsentience I get a little ticked off. There is such bad info out there it’s ridiculous. And at one time I was the receiver of some of that bad info which is why it took so long to figure out the truth of clairsentience and how to use it.

Many of the bad info I read when it comes to the authors telling how they use their clairaudience they speak of hearing (thoughts) or receiving intuitive messages. I also have read the crap (Sorry for my bad attitude but it burns me because bad info hinders peoples development) about what some authors and clairsentience think the sensations they feel are and I notice they feel that it is everything BUT communication.
Well I will tell you the truth. I spent almost a year researching clairsentience. I felt like I was in college studying for my Masters Degree because of how much time I spent researching clairsentience. But I had no choice because over night my clairsentience came on strong and when I say strong I mean it was like day and night. I felt like I was a different person. I notice that when people spoke to me depending on what they were saying I would get certain sensations in certain parts of my body. After all the research I did I realized that just like other abilities clairsentience was no different. I was receiving symbolic messages but instead of seeing an image, smelling or tasting something I was receiving the symbols associated with different parts of my body. I still did not have a good understanding of what was happening though but the answer came from someone I gave a practice reading to. She was so nice. I explained that I would feel things on different parts of my body and thought it was because the person has something wrong or and injury with that part of their body, but as she later cleared up for me I was way off. It was not injury I was feeling but a symbolic message that I had to translate. After giving her a reading and telling her what I felt in response to questions I asked she easily translated what I had received. She translated the sensations and if it has not been for her I would have never been able to ever use my clairsentience today as I do and carry on a complete conversation almost using only the sensations I feel.

An example of what I am talking about is when I am being told someone is heading in the right direction I feel my lower right leg. If I am being told that someone needs to rethink a situation or something then I feel a sensation on the left part of my head.

So what has me soooo frustrated about others information about clairsentience? That they say if you have clairsentience you get tingles her and there but it’s just your energy centers clearing, Here is an answer to me asking someone who professed to be a fully developed clairsentient back when I desperately needed correct answers:

Hi Sherry,

As far as communicating, they use telepathy (thoughts). Though sometimes if no one is around, I voice my responses and questions, then listen. Usually the first thought that enters your mind is their answer. But being verbal is really unnecessary. Communicating or talking with them is accomplished simply by talking as you do with people. No special method or ritual. Just communicate/talk as you normally would talk to someone.

The heat your feeling is your physical response to energy, which can often be a signal of a nonphysical energy presence. I get tingling sensations or an electric type sensation. Its quite an experience. When I feel energy in my hands and feet, its an indication that my energy source is flowing unobstructed. For me, the first time this happened is when I knew I could perform healing on myself and others.”

This person who gave me advise is advising others in developing and using abilities. Telepathy is not clairsentience and is more tied to clairaudience. But acutally telepathy is a Psi ability. She says “the first thought that enters your mind…” Hmmm, does that or does that not describe clairaudience? Yup, clairaudience.  Feeling sensations in the hands is about communication although also it sounds like her hand chakras were trying to more fully open and when chakras first open the energy flows strongly. Those chakra centers just opened aren’t use to the amount of energy that is suddenly able to flow through them. Sensations in the feet also can be translated as well although same as all chakra points when first opened you will feel tingling as they are opening and clearing.

Clairsentients often also have other other abilities that work in conjunction with clairsentience such as clairaudience, clairvoyance, claircognizance, clairolfaction and clairgustance…but clairsentience IS NOT all those things wrapped up into one as many state on their websites and blogs. Clairsentience is clear feeling/sensing period. Clairsentience is also NOT psychometry. Anyone can develop psychometry regardless of what abilities they have developed. And psychometry does not work like clairsentience in that when messages are recieved via psychometry you receive the messages via whatever ability you have. So if you are clairvoyant then using psychometry you would receive images of what is received, for example. Ted Andrews wrote an excellent book that is so thorough called “How To Do Psychic Readings Through Touch.”

So, once I found out that the truth was that the sensations were symbologic messages that needed to be translated I did some more research and found the “Book of Storms.” In this great course you learn about the translation faculty. At first I thought it was something I had to ask for and would be downloaded into my chakras or something. I know, funny! A translation faculty simply means you create a dictionary of what the symbolic messages mean to you. That proved to be difficult although not impossble. I spent a lot of time with my guides day after day building a translation faculty. And that ended up being the KEY to using clairsentience.

Developing Your Empathy - Part III

So far in Part I and II we have gone over the basics of grounding and protection. By now you should be at a point where you feel not only comfortable with grounding and protecting but also more confident. Before doing any thing related to developing empathy, psychic abilities or just even doing chakra work it is very important that you ground and protect. Sorry to have to be redundant but I know for myself in the beginning even though I knew how important it was I would often forget at times myself. The reality is that some times you will have a busy day and maybe you do not take the time in the morning to ground and protect because you are running late or your 4 year old decides he’s going to cut his own hair and it side tracts you. So if you got busy and didn’t do it this morning, do it now.

So in this Part III I have decided that it is time to purposely feel. As an empath you get use to picking up things here and there that you are not actually attempting to. You are probably use to feeling strangers in the grocery store checkout lane without any effort and feeling that you really didn’t need to know that the cashier was in a bad mood or that the person directly in front of you has some dental problem. True. But how about using that ability to your advantage? What things can you think of that would be useful to know? Whether your boss is in a good mood or whether you need to be on your best behavior and keep your distance? Whether a co-worker has ill intentions and is planning to stab you in the back? Whether your 5 year old is lying about who broke that vase?

In order to feel there needs to be a connection to what you are attempting to feel. Just like there are many ways to ground and protect there are various ways to connect to someone or some thing. Remember that everything is made up of energy regardless of what it is. Whether it is a chair, your dog, your rose bush or your neighbor it is all made up of energy. Everything also has an different energy signature or vibration. No two are the same although to feel it may be hard to differentiate many times. The best place to begin learning to connect and to begin empathically feeling is right in your own backyard. The trees, the grass, that blooming plant you favor so much, the bird that are perched on tree nearby, that cat that is walking by on his/her way home, etc.

Connecting

I will write about two different ways to connect. Before practicing it is best if you clearly understand how to disconnect, so do not gloss over that information.

When I connect to anything I visualize in my minds eye and imagine myself merging with the person or object. Okay, think of something you might see on Star Trek. You can either see yourself merging into the person or object or the object or person merging into you. Once you are connected you should be able to feel that you are. Now this is very important…if you don’t know 100% how you feel you will have a hard time knowing when you are connected and feeling someone else. So before you say I did it and I don’t know if it worked or not, know that unless you have gotten to the point where you can discern what is your and what is not you will have a hard time knowing when and if you are connected. Hence one of the common problems of an empath, right? So what do you do? You will only learn to feel the difference by continually trying. Don’t give up because it is hard. Who said it would be easy? Not I. lol. But if you keep trying I assure you it will get easier and easier to feel what is and is not yours.

Another way to connect is through your chakras. For example, when connecting to a person you visualize that a stream of energy that is cord like is going out from your charkas and connecting to the other persons chakras. So root chakra to root chakra, third eye to third eye, crown to crown, etc. When it comes to telepathy it is similar, so if you have taken any courses in telepathy such as “SANANDA COURSE IN TELEPATHY” this will be familiar to you.

Connected, Now What?

Be still. Here is where meditating will help you. Through meditation you have learned to still and quiet your mind. Psalm 46:10 “Be still and know that I am God.” Ah ha…how many of you have heard that bible verse said? Key “BE STILL!” Quiet your mind and allow yourself to feel. Question yourself in your head and ask “What do I feel? How does this person feel? How does this tree feel?” etc. As you are connected and are starring at that tree and seeing its branches blow in the wind, do you feel it…the swaying of the tree? Can you feel yourself start to sway?

It is a good idea to keep a note book or journal on your computer to note your experiences and what you feel specifically. Because often you feel things you don’t quite know what you are feeling. If you are connecting to your best friend and you feel something strange you have never felt before area your jaw area and then later she/he tells you they had a bad toothache or just had wisdom teeth pulled, you can then connect the feeling. This is not easy. Do not assume that you will know what it is that you are feeling exactly. It takes time to learn what various things feel like whether it comes to physical feelings or emotions. Sometimes you just know because you have felt the feeling before and you can tie it to something from your past experiences. Like for example, you may feel someones emotions and think to yourself “Oh I remember feeling this way when I was young and had to move away from my best friend.” The more experiences you have had in life I do believe the easier it is to discern what you are feeling.

Keep in mind that when you have a connection to someone or something it is a two way street. There is not just energy flowing one way but both ways. So just as you may be able to feel the other person, animal, plant, etc they can feel you as well. Also keep in mind that someone who is well developed when it comes to sensing subtle energy will feel you connect. So in practicing it is important that you be responsible and ethical.

Disconnecting

There are a couple of ways you can disconnect, and of course you will eventually choose your own way of connecting and disconnecting. I am giving you what I have come up with for me. You may think of a way to visualize connecting and disconnecting that is better or easier for you. So keep in mind, there is no one right way. One day you may even get a little craftier and come up with a trigger that allows you to connect and disconnect easily.

One way to disconnect is to visualize the person un-merging from you as though the two of you are slowing separating. After seeing the separation imagine seeing a cord that is still connecting the two of you. Visualize that you either have a sword (like the sword of Archangel Michael) and you cut the cord or that you pull the cord out of the other person and it retracts back into you. After the cord is severed see the other person surrounded in a white light bubble floating up, up, and away from you.

The other way to disconnect is to just see the other person a few feet in front of you, and see the cord connecting you both and sever it at which time you see them surrounded in a bright white light bubble and floating up and away from you.

Note that you may need to go through the motions of disconnecting several times before feeling that you are in fact disconnected from the other person. Based on what the other person has going on it may be easy or difficult to disconnect. There was a time I use to be scared to connect to people because of bad experiences I had with trying to disconnect from them. Say for example they are sick, are going through emotional issues, etc. and because of that their energy is low. So being connected to them it is like they are getting that extra energy their body needs. So, when it is time to disconnect I like to think of it as their subtle body doesn’t want the connection to be severed because it needs that extra energy at the time. And no it is not safe to play the hero and stay connected thinking you are doing a good thing for them. That will only eventually lead you to being drained of energy and feeling sick.

It is very difficult to disconnect from someone who has a substance abuse problem. If you run into a situation where you find you can’t disconnect, don’t panic. Stay calm and ask your guides, God, Yeshua (Jesus), or Archangel Michael to help you disconnect. Remember they can’t help you unless you ask for help. They may see you panicked and flopping around like a fish and still they can’t help you until you ask for help.

The Difference between Developing and Developed

In the beginning when you are developing you will have limited control. Connecting and disconnecting may not be easy in the beginning. With practice of course you will get better. Once fully developed you will have not only control but the confidence needed to feel you are always in control of yourself.

Privacy

Of course I have to bring this up. Often you will feel something that someone is feeling. Regardless of your ability that is still private information. You have an obligation and a responsibility to be moral and ethical when it comes to knowing things about people. Don’t get caught up into trying to develop your empathic abilities so much that you cross the line. Often there are things people do not want anyone to know and do not want to openly discuss with you. Just because you can feel do not feel that it is your responsibility to help someone just because you can feel them. Be very careful and if you are unsure of what to do with information you receive…that is your answer…do nothing with it and keep it to yourself.

Disconnecting

Disconnecting is actually very easy. The actual how to is simple. It is a matter of visualization and those of you who are great visualizers or day dreamers will find it easier. Not to worry though, the more you visualize the better and easier it will get. To disconnect from someone visualize seeing them a few feet away from you and a cord or stream of energy from you to them. You can imagine that you have a sword and you cut the cord. As you cut the cord you see the other person surrounded in a bubble of light floating up and away from you. Another method is to visualize that you see yourself pulling/yanking the cord out of them and it retracting back into you…and still seeing them afterwards surrounded by a bubble of white light floating up and away from you.

As you are disconnecing pay attention to what you feel. When you have finally disconnected you should feel a lightness or a lifting of the affects of the connections. Do a check! How do you feel? Do you still feel them? Are you aware of them and how they feel at all?

Should you have trouble disconnecting from someone…ASK FOR HELP! Ask your guide or higher self for help…ask them to sever the connection for you.

Privacy

Of course I have to bring this up. Often you will feel something that someone is feeling. Regardless of your ability that is still private information. Clairolfaction aka Psychic Smelling

One of the clair’s that I noticed a lack of information on how to develop and practice it is CLAIROLFACTION, also called by some Psychic Smelling. Instead of giving you the definition commonly used I will give you mine based on my own experiences using this ability. I notice that many articles are on the web about this ability but written by authors that don’t actually have he ability. Although they give great basic information I would like to think I can be more helpful to you than that based on my experiences.

A little bit about how I experienced Clairolfaction…

Even before I knew anything about psychic abilities and that everyone had them I experienced many things others say they experienced. Seeing shadows and figures out my peripheral vision, always hearing noises in the house it seemed no one else heard, just knowing things, even being able to communicate with my cat (long story and I was young. I just thought it was novel and that my cat was extra special for some reason lol), and of course I was hyper-super-over-the-top-sensitive. Since young I also experienced De-Ja-Vu on such a frequent basis that it actually started to bother me…I thought I was losing it! In my 30’s is when I began smelling things. I would ask everyone in the room “Do you smell that?” I was so often smelling things that weren’t there. Everything from the scent of fresh baked cookies, flowers/roses, cigar smoke, men’scolonge, etc. I came to actually enjoy the smell of that man. lol. It reminded me of dating a good smelling man and I liked that thought. lol.

After awakening to my abilities I began smelling things more often. Often when typing someone a message I would start to smell something. To cut to the chase my goal is to be well rounded as far as my psychic abilities are concerned so my goal is to develop all clair’s. Clairolfaction and how it worked eluded me however. I found no information on the web and I had searched and searched. I was told to ask for help. That is what I did. I asked God to send me help. That same night the help came while I was still searching the web for information (yes, I don’t give up easily or admit defeat…I am a beat a dead horse type of person. lol) Suddenly the idea popped in my head to ask my boyfriend to put something in his desk and I would try to smell it and guess what it was. I immediately thought “why would I think to do that, he is hardly at his office and will think I am nuts with such a request.” Then I heard “Trigger.” That was it. I need a trigger to practice clairolfaction instead of just saying to my guide let me smell this or that to practice. I tried that…it did not work.

This is what I did that did work…

I found pictures on the web of various things. Fruit, bread, pizza, horses/stable, coffee, cigar, cookies, etc. I was on a diet at the time and as I was practicing I realized that smelling pizza wasn’t the best idea. lol.

Looking at the picture I asked “What is it, let me smell it?” Then I relax while also focusing slightly on my root chakra. Clairolfaction is controlled by the root chakra so you really should have opened, cleared and balanced your root chakra. Actually all your chakras should be opened, cleared and balanced before working on development or else I tend to think it would be slightly like beating your head against the wall because you may or may not be able to perform based on blocks to your chakra(s).

Next I just take my time, breath normal. Don’t do what I use to do and breath physically so deeply to the point of almost passing out because you are not using your physical sense of smell even though when the room fills with the smell of cookies you would swear you are smelling it with your physical nose. Don’t pass out! lol. Take you time because I find that often I smell when I am in a relaxed state and not expecting to smell anything or focused on smelling anything. So if you try and try and nothing happens…sit back, relax, watch a little tv to take your focus off trying to smell, and just let it happen.

Don’t worry if some times it just won’t happen, that’s okay. It happens and is normal when developing for it to be sporadic. Remember the reason for developing is to gain control…so you don’t have control yet so some times it just won’t happen. Go on to the next picture or take a break and come back to practicing later.

Some key things to be aware of are the smells in your home/environment. You need to know if you smell lavender that it is your psychic sense and not that glade air freshener oil warmer you have pulled in. Are your windows open. You need to make sure the smells are not coming from some where else. Like I have done in the past, if you smell smoke, natural gas, etc. it is okay to go check it out and I would recommend it. After all you have to gain trust in your abilities so go check out that smell and you will know that it is your psychic sense.

Your probably also wondering what about when you have no idea what your smelling. That is where developing more than one abilities comes in handy so not to worry. Most often when I smell something it is an additional clue to what I have already got using my clairsentience, just knowing and clairaudience. The goal is to use one sense in conjunction with another. Working together like that you probably will know what that smell is or what it reminds you of which is usually right. Remember to note the first thing that comes to you…what did you first think that smell was? Or who did the smell remind you of right off? Did you get some other thought or impression when you smelled it? Don’t discount anything…not if you want to develop. And…just tell the person what you recieved or describe the smell as best you can because possibly they will know.

My last tip…often your friends will not want to play guess that smell with you. lol. My best friend say that when her husband asks her to play that game the smells are not to pleasant smelling. lol.

Okay…here’s some general information about Clairolfaction:

A person with the ability of clairolfaction doesn’t smell the normal smells that are present in general, but smells energies. These energies are transformed into smell in the nose. The person does smell something that most other people do not smell at the same place. The origin of the energy that is smelt isn’t always known. The body or a part of the body (also each organ or tumour) is emitting energy (in the aura/energy field of the person), what can be received by a person with the ability of clairolfaction. Not only the body or parts of the body are emitting energy, but everything does do that.
Someone who is clairolfaction, smells often only a part or some of the possibilities below. Besides the ways of clairolfaction mentioned below, there are also other possibilities.
What possibilities do exist?
·    Smelling diseases
·    Smelling shortages
·    Smelling the smell of a dead person
·    Smelling a smell of someone who is going to die
·    Smelling that something isn’t good/healthy for you
·    Smelling things you see
·    Other?
·    Smelling diseases
When a person with clairolfaction ability, smells a disease by a person or animal, the person smells the (negative) energy that is emanated by the sick organ. Because every disease emanates a different energy, the kind of disease can be recognized. When you smell a disease for the first time it would be difficult to determine what it is.
It is well-known that dogs can trace cancer by humans. These dogs are clairolfaction.
·    Smelling shortages
Every person needs his own basic quantity of food, if the body or mind don’t want getting trouble. The quantity and composition of the basic quantity differs from person to person. Each person needs other products. Nobody is the same. The body will function worse with shortages and with to much of certain food. the energy that is needed of a certain product (for example a specific vegetable or fruit) will be present in the aura of a person. The paranormal person can possible smell this emanation in the aura, and the nose of that person will transform the energy of the shortage in a certain smell of a certain product. What rests is a right interpretation what is meant with the smell.
It also occurs that if someone is smelling a product, it means that someone has to much energy of that product in his body and must not eat to much of it.
·    Smelling the smell of a dead person
Every person has a certain smell with himself. People love also some particular smell. When spirits are present in a room, they can make themselves known by a smell. This smell can be connected to a person that past away that loved or had that smell. This smell can’t be detected by ‘normal’ noses.
·    Smelling a smell of someone who is going to die
Some people with the ability of clairolfaction can sense the ’smell of death’. In the days/weeks/months before a person is dying, the energetic body of the person is coming apart from the physical body. With this process some energy comes free, which can be received in the nose which translates it in a unique smell. Other people do not sense this smell. The person who is going to die, appears to have this smell with him.
·    Smelling that something isn’t good/healthy for you
Another possible ability of clairolfaction is smelling of something is healthy to eat or not. For example pâté, this has a very specific smell. When the pâté smells different by clairolfaction, it is known the pâté isn’t healthy to eat anymore. Another person, who doesn’t have clairolfaction, just smells and doesn’t find anything strange or wrong about it. The person with clairolfaction ability gets the smell of the product in the nose. With this smell the person also gets the energy of the product in the nose. In this way the person smells the energy of the product.
·    Smelling things you see
Another possible characteristic that a person with the ability of clairolfaction can have is that he smells the smell of something he sees. For example when he watches television and sees the pictures of a stable, he smells the horses. Pictures of seawater and he smells the sea. Or if a person is seen, the smell of the person is smelled in the noise. And so on.

Crown Chakra and Aura Concentration Exercises

Introduction

Exercises below aim to stimulate the communication between 2 separate hemispheres of our brain. It is known that the left eye is connected to right hemisphere of the brain and the right eye to the left. When we use both eyes independently and see the combined image, it means that the precise communication between both hemispheres is achieved to synthesize such image. 

 

Such exercises are extremely stimulating and beneficial. Not only they increase our mental potential, but also double our bio-energy and maximize the intensity of self-healing processes within our mind-body system. 

 

Exercise 1. 

In this exercise you should compose a yin-yan sign from 2 separate halves. Get back 1 meter from the monitor. Put your finger half way between your eyes and the image below. Focus on the tip of your finger, but look at 2 halves of the yin-yan sign below, trying to achieve the perfect yin-yan sign with no gaps and no overlaps.

Try to maintain the concentration for at least 60 seconds, but preferably for about 5-10 minutes for the maximum benefit. Note, that the white dot in the red half of the yin-yan sign appears turquoise and the white dot in the turquoise half appears red. You see auric colours, and seemingly incomplete yin-yan sign now looks perfect.

Concentration exercise

As a concentration exercise I have chosen the exercise which aimed to practice the communication between two hemispheres of the brain. The exercise is briefly described below and in more detail here. I was observing two circles with perpendicularly drawn diameters, presented in Fig. 3. This picture was located 2 meters away from me on a wall at the eye level.

By changing the focus and concentrating, I aimed to see one circle with a perfect cross in the middle between the two. Then I concentrated, trying to maintain the cross continuously for several minutes. Since each eye is connected to different hemisphere of the brain, the cross, synthesized by the brain is the evidence, that both hemispheres communicate with each other to achieve such synthesis.

Developing Your Empathy - Part I

Most empath’s would look at this title and cringe. In their minds they would ask “Why would I want to develop this more? To torture myself even more?” Although it seems that is what you would be doing because most think of empathy as a gift similar to psychic skill and they would think to develop means to bring out more that which I already have. That is true but also while you are bringing out the skill more you are also learning to control it. That control is what an empath needs to live a happy, satisfied, non-torture feeling life.

I am not an expert at helping anyone develop a skill. I don’t consider myself the Empath Teacher at all. But it is so true that someone who has developed and where you maybe want to be one day has something to offer even if it is just some tips and how-to’s.

There are a few things that all empath’s should learn that are important on the road to developing their empathy:

  • Grounding
  • Protection
  • Clearing chakra’s
  • Learning to quickly close chakra’s
  • Dissassociation

Grounding

Picture small roots growing out of the bottom of your feet down, down, down to the core of the Earth. Imagine that there is a large quartz crystal at the core that your roots connect to. Next visualize a small spot on the top of your head (your crown chakara) opening up and fibers emerging reachiing up and up similar to the roots you visualized coming from your feet. Visualize them growing up and up and connecting to the heavan’s, central sun, moon, a planet, etc. Sit for a few moments and breath in energy from both below and above and visualize that energy entering your body. In doing this you are both centering and grounding yourself. Do this every morning and anytime you feel insecure, emotional, and always before meditation or any spiritual or healing work.

Basic Protection

Simply affirm “I surround myself in Christ White Light of love and protection” as you visualize yourself being surrounded by a bubble of bright white light. Do this every morning and anytime you feel anxious or fearful. Also before going to bed. It is all in the intention so feel free to state what can’t through your bubble of protection. In the beginning you may feel the protection is not workign or not having much affect. The more you practice protection the stronger it become as you build up your energy and visualization skills.

Clairaudience? Maybe you already have what you seek!

I spent months pondering how to develop my clairaudience, meditating on all the minor and major chakra’s associated with clairaudience, chanting mantra and using mudra’s, etc. I tried ear plugs, listening to radio static, and of course asked guides and Angel’s to help adjust my hearing and frequency. Some of you who may be giggling and thinking of all the time I’ve wasting are probably asking “So, how’d that work out for ya?” lol.

Well first of all there have been stages. First I just wanted to be able to hear my guides (clairaudience in my head as thoughts) and that went fairly well. Although hard to discern at first between my own thoughts and theirs I quickly learned through meditation that if I could easily quiet my mind I would be able to hear them clearly. Then I learned that I was hearing a lot but was missing it because I was taking for granted things that I was use to hearing. Thoughts that would pop into my head, humorous thoughts pondered while sitting on the toilet, songs that would suddenly come to mind, etc. All these things (well many) were my guides communicating with me.

The problem was that I was under the impression, probably from watching to many movies, that hearing spirits was going to be something very mysterious accompanied by a misty fog that would fillt he air. lol. Once I told myself to let go of how I thought things would be it got a heck of a lot easier.

Go forward with no preconceived notions and develop the true of things as you go along. What others may experience and how they may experience them may not end up being the way you experience them. If someone says a particular cloud formation looks like a duck but you look up and see a puppy, do you think one of you HAS TO BE wrong? No you would both be right. Your perception is one thing and others perception will be different and that is completely fine because you both end up with a wonderfully beautiful experience that is right for each of you individually.

Clairsentience - Overview

Okay, I am starting this with a disclaimer. lol. What is written here is from my experience. We are all different as well as our experiences that you may be clairsentient and have varied experiences. But still I wish to write about it’s use because through scouring the Internet and the book store I have found very little help that gives some insight into this subject.

DEFINITION
Clairsentience means clear feeling. Instead of like with clairvoyance in which you commonly see in your mind or outside of your mind, you are clear feeling. The most common definition that I have found is:

Prophetic Clairsentience -
A person who picks up thought and has the ability to just know things although they do not understand or know why they know. This type of person also experiences procognition that may express in the form of hunches, dreams and knowing revolving around past, present or future and how it will effect another person. For example this person may have dreams that turn out to happen although those dreams may not be literal and may still have to be translated.

Feeler Clairsentience -
This type of person picks up thoughts, feelings and experiences that manifest as a feeling. What they are feeling is energy translated into a feeling. Their sense of touch is well-developed and they have the ability to know people by feeling what they feel. After enlightenment, this is someone would have the ability to practice psychometry. The ability to put something belonging to someone in their hand and read the energy. Depending on their other gifts, they could tell the past, present or future from the energy. They have the ability to feel how others feel and not just on the emotional level. They will be able to not only empathise but experience a persons pain, bruises, loss, grief etc. For instance, if they were to channel energy from a persons past life they would experience the pain and hurt that that soul experienced in that past lifetime.

Some may have abilities of both Prophetic and Feeler Clairsentience.

 

For those of you attempting to discover if what you are experiencing is clairsentience, hopefully this will help.

When spirits are around you you usually feel them. Maybe you feel them touch you some where specific (your hand, neck, foot) or maybe you feel them in your heart chakra (your chakra begins to spin very fast) or maybe you even get a twitch some where on your body. You are feeling energy. Remember that everything is energy and if you are clairsentient then you have the ability to feel the energy of everything. People, animals, plants, objects and spirits. You may be thinking “Well, I don’t feel the energy of all those things.” That may be but it is really just a matter of developing your skills. I can’t usually feel animals but that does not mean I can’t develop that skill, which I plan to do. What you might feel is an electric type of energy feeling that may be very weak and light or may be quite strong. I have felt light energy because what I am feeling is not that strong and I have felt energy so strong that it is almost painful. This includes the feeling of heat and cold as well. Also what you feel may feel like pressure in your chakras. A pressure in your crown for example or your brow that you can also feel in your pineal glands.

Now of course as you may have already realized this all would mean that it is important for your chakras to be clear and functioning properly. Ground and clearing become, to you, and important daily activity.

Here are some common example of what I experience on a daily basis without any effort on my part:

  • During conversations I may feel energy in my right foot that tells me that what I am saying or the other person is saying is correct.
  • While in the presence of some one with high vibrations (other psychics) I feel them in my crown chakra as a pressure. While in chat rooms when a person enters the room I will feel a certain chakra active. I have not determined if this is letting me know their aura color or their emotional state.
  • When someoen tells me something I hear their words but feel the truth fo what they are saying. So no matter what oyu say I know your true feelings.
  • With communicating with my Spirit Guides, Angels, Ascended Masters, and other spirits I first feel their presence by various feelings like a chill, a touch, or an overall feeling as though they are over shadowing me (to me that feels like they are trying to get inside me almost).

Note: I do not have to do anything specific to communicate with spirits. However to comment to someone to do a reading I do. My clairsentience seems to just be always on and available to me although I seem to be able to turn it off just by focusing elsewhere. It is similar with my Empathy. If I do not focus on someone I can stop from picking up their emotions and pain. Basically I can stop from connecting to them.

Other abilities -

One who has clairsentience also commonly experiences at least so clear seeing, hearing, and smell. Many clairsentients develop the skill of psychometry which is reading the energy of objects, places and people.
