Every one is born with abilities. We come into this life without any of the baggage that we gradually pick up as we grow, age and have good and bad experiences. Our psychic abilities lay dormant for many reasons. One reason is from none use. It is just like playing the piano in a way. If you don’t play or even practice for a while your skills get weaker and weaker to the point that when you want to play again you realize you have to re-learn the skill all over again.
