I always read the energy alerts not only because I am a Light Worker and for that need I try to stay on top of what is going on with the energies. Also, the updates usually explain reasons for new behaviors that I witness, or get hit in the face with lol, in my friends and family. Knowing what is going on helps me to be that much more understanding and patient with people.
