In the past few years I have been blessed to be inspired by spirit to create art, to write books, and who do you think was pushing me when I first started this blog. Spirit can be very insistent. lol. I was even inspired to refurbish my coffee table which now the top of it is a huge mandala. I can not paint but was inspired with a sudden ability to paint a mural in my sons bathroom, as seen below. I’d love to hear about what spirit has channeled through you. So please share your channeling experiences.

I think this is a great subject for those of you who are working on developing your psychic abilities but want help from spirit right away without having to use a go between. By go between I mean having to consult a psychic because you haven’t developed far enough yet to communicate on your own with spirit.

For those of you who struggle with emotional outbursts at time like me and have been consciously working on a cure for this I think I can be of help. I have been working so, so, so, so, hard lately that often the thought of what of myself I have been putting into it brings me to tears in a good way.

Many of you many know what a pendulum is and many of you may not. The American Heritage Dictionary defines a pendulum as a body suspended from a fixed support so that it swings back and forth freely under the influence of gravity. I giggle a little bit regarding the influence being listed as only gravity. I would like to define the pendulum as a tool which can be utilized by anyone, regardless of their metaphysical abilities, as a means of communication with spirit, including our higher self, as well as a tool which can be used for other things such as finding water, blocked chakras and the location of medical issues within the body. The pendulum can easily be influenced by our strong feelings of what the truth is or may be. Just as you need to keep a clear head and complete focus on the question and not the answer when using other tools, such as tarot cards, so must you do the same when using the pendulum else your thoughts will influence the answer.

Yesterday after seeing the TWO male cardinal’s I asked for further information through a sign. My other totem appeared, the Mockingbird, with it’s beautiful song. It landed on the fence directly in front of me and then did a couple of hops up and down turning until it was facing in the same direction as me and with it’s back to me. Often when the Mockingbird appears to me it does a turning around as though to show me it’s whole self as though for recognition…so I will know which bird it is. Then it spread it’s wings showing the color pattern. This is actually something a mockingbird does when looking for food. The white in it’s wings that shows when they are spread like that reflects the sunlight and alarms insect that around and when the insect move from being alarmed the Mockingbird can spot them…for food. This act shows an ability to stimulate a response in others and is a part of what the Mockingbird has to teach. It can help by teaching you to flush out injurious insects aka people in your life and teach you to hear the true song of others.

Some days…mornings…when it’s peacefully quiet, one of those mornings when I step outside, bare feet on the ground, I look up and the sky is that beautiful blue with not a cloud in the sky and the only thing breaking it’s beauty is the magnificence of the sun…and it fills me. It’s warm and refreshing and the warmth and the blue that suddenly seems so amazing to me fills me. I feel it filling me from my crown all the way down my body and through my feet and through the earth making me feel connected to all, to everything. I speak to him…like this morning. It had been a couple of days and as I stood there I told him how even just a couple of days passing without talking to him…I notice it like when you leave your house and have that overwhelming feeling that you have forgotten something important. Just two days I feel like I haven’t talked to him, the one I love so deeply and completely, as though it was not just days but years. And I tell him in that moment I think of how different my life is, how far we have come…together. Where I use to be but where I am now. And I feel it, the fullness expanding inside me like it can’t be contained because there is nothing that could contain something so huge. I feel the touch in the palm of my left hand and then as I say “I’m listening, what do you want to tell me…what do you want me to feel?” I feel the touch in the palm of my right hand. Then in the stillness I look around and everything I look at, I feel. The trees, the grass, even the stillness itself…and I feel my heart chakra open and begin to spin…faster and faster. I feel the message…and in that moment nothing else matters but the love I feel. What I had for breakfast, the traffic I ran into that morning when I was running late, the things I pondered that morning as I got dressed, who will call me later that day and what they will want. In that moment there was only me and you and the thought crossed my mind that at that moment I was only connected to, only feeling, a very small portion of you…because you are so vast, so huge, that at any given moment I am only experiencing a very small part of you…and just that thought alone amazes me. And I am thankful and grateful for that small part of you I can experience and for the love I feel for you.

This is something that I really haven’t addressed as of yet. Asking for signs. Many times I have asked for signs from God. He never disappoints and the signs always come and totally amaze me. This post is meant to get you thinking and maybe help give you some ideas of how you can let God and your helpers (spirit guides, Archangels, Guardian Angels, etc.) play a more active role in your life. Of course always required is an open mind and believing.
